I have served as director of innovation and technology in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. I was in charge of launching the first open innovation center in Latin America.

I have been a World Bank consultant, participating in projects to design and launch open innovation platforms in England, Finland, Kenya, and Nicaragua. I have designed and launched more than 20 innovation centers worldwide.
